1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time:
Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days (depending on city).
International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and courier).
Delivery Charges:
Standard delivery charges are shown at checkout.
International charges are calculated based on weight and location.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be shared with you through SMS or email once your order is shipped.
Courier Partners: We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Service Policy
Customer Support Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT).
Response Time: We usually respond to queries within 24–48 hours.
Damaged / Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or support.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Exchanges: Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
